Strategy & Operations Director

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute cross-functional initiatives to address various business problems, from acquisitions to patient experience.
• Take ownership of projects, from discovery to execution, including hiring, training, and standardizing processes.
• Work collaboratively with product teams and other departments to ensure successful implementation and scaling of initiatives.
