Program Manager

Join Morelife by Voy, a leading preventive healthcare platform, as a Program Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of priority programs, coordinating across various teams, and driving alignment. You will also analyze program data, run weekly reviews, and define success metrics. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of program or project management experience, is data-driven, highly organized, and has strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of Morelife’s priority programs, from scoping and planning through launch and post-launch review.
• Build and maintain program plans, roadmaps, milestones and dependency maps, keeping them current as priorities shift.
• Coordinate across Client Experience, Front-line delivery (health practitioners), Marketing and Finance, driving alignment and resolving blockers fast.
