Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise and hands-on input in setting up, verifying, and validating new laboratory tests across haematology and biochemistry.
• Process and analyse patient samples in strict alignment with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring maximum accuracy, precision, and efficiency.
• Interpret and validate analytical results, proactively identifying and resolving scientific anomalies or diagnostic discrepancies.
