IT Support Engineer (Weekends Required!)

Join our team as an IT Support Engineer, where you'll be the first point of contact for IT at our warehouse locations and support wider company staff. This hands-on, on-site role is perfect for someone early in their IT career who wants to learn fast in a busy operational environment. You'll have real ownership from day one and a clear path to grow. The role includes a mandatory weekend rota, as weekend cover is essential for our warehouse operations.

Provide responsive IT cover during weekend dispatch operations, prioritizing any issues that would otherwise block fulfilment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main contact for warehouse and office staff logging, triaging, and resolving day-to-day IT issues.
• Set up, configure, and enrol laptops and workstations, managing devices through our MDM solutions.
