Responsibilities

Requirements

- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and genuine comfort working directly with customers — including presenting technical results and managing expectations on scope

- A degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Metallurgical, Plastics, or a related engineering field
- Hands-on mechanical aptitude — comfortable with fixturing, tolerances, and how parts are actually made
- Comfortable using agentic coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, or similar) to build tools and automations. You don't need to be a software engineer, but you should be someone who reaches for automation rather than doing it by hand

- Familiarity with GD&T, first-article inspection (FAI), or continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or SPC
- Domain experience in medical devices, aerospace and defense, automotive, electronics, or batteries
- Hands-on experience with industrial CT, CMM, or other dimensional metrology or NDT workflows
