Senior Technical Release Manager

In this role, you will define and drive release processes, collaborate with various teams, and ensure product releases are on schedule and meet quality standards. You will also communicate release progress to the company and work closely with Customer Support to maintain high customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Definir y dirigir los procesos de lanzamiento que abarcan todos los aspectos de la empresa.

Requirements

• Excellent cross-group/cross-discipline skills
• Experience with enterprise level software development management tools
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• 3+ years of experience in software release management or equivalent
• Industry experience delivering software services at scale
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with managing globally-based teams
• Experience with agile methodologies and processes
• Experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Experience with and a passion for data-driven decision making
