Responsibilities

• Collaborer avec la direction pour élaborer une feuille de route stratégique pour l'organisation de l'outillage et de l'automatisation de l'usine.
• Créer et faciliter l'infrastructure de l'équipe sous forme de cadres, d'outils de productivité numérique et de ressources physiques.

Requirements

5+ years in program or project management role(s)

• Degree in engineering, science, mathematics, or related fields; mechanical, aerospace or electrical engineering degree preferred
• Experience in the manufacturing of complex parts and assemblies

Preferred

• Experience managing multiple customers across matrix organizations and building sustainable processes
• Experience in the development and integration of tooling and automated manufacturing equipment
• High volume manufacturing experience
