Talent Development (Facilitator)

Responsibilities

• Join our People team as a Talent Development Facilitator. You will play a crucial role in supporting employees and leaders, driving engagement and retention through effective facilitation of training programs. Your responsibilities will include delivering engaging learning experiences, providing program support, facilitating multi-modal sessions, assisting with administrative tasks, collaborating cross-functionally, and supporting internal events. • Faciliter des orientations pour les nouveaux employés, des programmes de développement du leadership et des cours de formation internes, en suivant les curricula établis.
• Soutenir les gestionnaires de programme dans le développement du leadership et l'orientation/intégration en coordonnant les aspects logistiques des programmes d'apprentissage.
• Collaborer avec d'autres départements pour comprendre les besoins du public et aider à adapter la livraison du contenu en conséquence.
• Confident Presenter: Strong public speaking and presentation skills, with the ability to engage a room (virtual or in-person), adjust to different learning styles, and foster participation

Requirements

• Team-Oriented: Works well in cross-functional environments, takes direction well, and shows initiative on assigned tasks
• Facilitation Experience: Experience as a facilitator with a track record of delivering engaging learning experiences for varied audiences; comfortable facilitating structured programs with established materials
• Technology Comfortable: Familiar with MS Teams virtual facilitation platform, learning management systems, and standard productivity tools; able to troubleshoot basic tech issues during sessions
• Organized and Detail-Oriented: Good project coordination and administrative skills with strong attention to detail; able to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and stakeholders with support from program managers
• Adaptable: Comfortable with ambiguity and change; able to adjust to shifting priorities while maintaining quality in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Background in leadership development, organizational development, or adult learning theory

Preferred

• Professional facilitation certification (e.g., IAF CPF, ATD, or similar)
• Exposure to designing learning content in addition to facilitation
• Experience in aerospace, manufacturing, or other technical industries
• Familiarity with Zensai LMS
