Full-Stack Developer (Core)

Responsibilities

• Join MaintainX, a leading CMMS platform, as a Full-Stack Developer. You'll work on core features like work orders, planning, scheduling, inventory management, and reporting. • Concevoir et améliorer les flux de travail utilisés par les clients au quotidien, de la planification à la gestion des pièces en passant par les rapports.
• Résoudre des problèmes de produit difficiles, notamment des interfaces denses et riches en données, de grands ensembles de données, un comportement hors ligne et une échelle multi-sites.
• Collaborer directement avec les chefs de produit et les concepteurs pour façonner la feuille de route de votre équipe, pas seulement pour exécuter.
• Our core stack is TypeScript, React, Node.js, and MySQL. Some teams use C# or Python. You don't need to already know every piece of it to apply
• A track record of writing maintainable, testable code you're comfortable handing off to someone else
• Deep hands-on experience with TypeScript, React, and Node.js

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience building full-stack web or mobile products
• Day-to-day use of AI tools in your development workflow, not just occasional experimentation

Experience with mobile-first, responsive, iterative development

• Strong written and verbal communication: you can explain a technical tradeoff to a designer or a support lead as easily as to another developer
• Nice to have: GraphQL, React Native, or SQL database experience. For this area, we also value: Experience with scheduling or calendar UIs, data-heavy front ends, offline-first or sync architectures, multi-tenant or enterprise platforms, workflow engines, or inventory and transactional systems
• Comfort making progress on a problem before the spec is fully settled, adjusting as you learn more
