Security Officer

Join our team as a Security Officer at the racetrack. Your responsibilities will include patrolling the grounds, monitoring entrances and exits, ensuring the safety and security of spectators, staff, horses, and racing participants, and responding to emergencies.

The ideal candidate will have strong observation and communication skills, the ability to remain calm under pressure, and basic computer skills. This position primarily involves outdoor work in varying weather conditions and may require overtime during major racing events.

Responsibilities

• You will also assist with crowd management, enforce venue policies, conduct security inspections, and prepare reports.
• Patrol racetrack grounds, grandstands, parking lots, stables, and restricted areas to ensure safety and security.
• Monitor entrances and exits, checking credentials and controlling access to authorized personnel.
• Observe and report suspicious activity, security risks, or rule violations, and respond promptly to emergencies.
