UX Researcher

Responsibilities

• Conducting quantitative and qualitative research to gather insights on user experience and behavior.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate research findings into the design and development process.
• Utilizing statistical knowledge and experimentation to analyze data and inform design decisions.

Requirements

• Has successfully deployed quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
• Is self-driven but also has strong collaboration skills and can work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment

Has a fundamental knowledge of statistics and experimentation

• Has at least 1+ years of UX Research experience, or if you’ve completed the 12-week research internship at Sleeper
• Have a degree in one of the following majors or related fields: HCI, information sciences, statistics, data analytics, human-centered design
• Have experience with research tools for remote testing and/ or surveys

Preferred

• Have experience with quantitative analytics tools or dashboards
