People Operations Manager

Join our team as a People Operations Manager, where you'll be responsible for creating exceptional employee experiences and ensuring operational excellence across the employee lifecycle. You'll manage day-to-day People Operations, support managers and employees, and help build scalable people processes. This role requires a strong understanding of U.S. employment laws, experience with HRIS platforms, and a passion for building outstanding employee experiences.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field

Hands-on experience with BambooHR or similar HRIS platforms

• Experience supporting payroll, benefits administration, and global employee operations
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• 3–5 years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, or HR Generalist roles, preferably within a high-growth technology or SaaS company
• Experience managing Employer of Record (EOR) platforms, preferably Deel
• Experience administering performance management platforms such as Leapsome
• Strong understanding of U.S. employment laws and employment regulations
• A proactive, customer-first mindset with a passion for building outstanding employee experiences
• Experience supporting a globally distributed workforce
