Field Engineer (Networking)

Your responsibilities will include installing and testing cabling, attending fault calls, and ensuring the assigned infrastructure is operational. You will also proactively identify problems, liaise with stakeholders, and provide remote and onsite support. This is an entry-level engineering role with opportunities for growth and development.

Responsibilities

• Installation and testing of cabling between devices at customer data centre sites, both fibre and copper.
• Attending fault calls on network devices at customer sites, working with remote client or support teams to resolve issues.
• Providing first line remote and onsite technical support to clients, ensuring efficient and comprehensive resolution of incidents and requests.
