As a Principal Power Systems Engineer, you will work with critical national infrastructure clients in the power and gas sectors in the UK and Ireland. You will be responsible for network modeling and design, load flow analysis, and the preparation of G99 compliant offer letters. You will also engage with key client-side departments and perform protection design and substation design at the 132KV level.

Responsibilities

  • Engagement with Critical National Infrastructure clients in the Power and Gas sectors, providing leadership and execution functions in Power Network design and modelling teams.
  • Performing network modelling and design, load flow analysis, thermal, voltage and fault level analysis, and preparation of G99 compliant offer letters.
  • Designing and optimizing technical and financial modelling solutions for power generation clients, and engaging with key client-side departments as a trusted advisor.
