Telephony Engineer

Join NTT DATA, a global leader in IT services, as a Telephony Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting telephony systems for a healthcare account in Leicester. You will work closely with customers to provide operational support and implement telephony services. The position requires strong technical skills, the ability to work under pressure, and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide BAU operational support across a wide range of customer telephony infrastructure, including health checks and reporting.
• Manage Incidents, Problems, Requests and Changes in line with ITIL best practice and ensure that SLAs are maintained.
• Delivery of project-related tasks such as the installation of new telephone equipment, creation of telephone diagrams and documentation.
