IT Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

As an IT Cloud Infrastructure Engineer, you will provide operational support for customer infrastructure, manage incidents and problems, and contribute to the development of infrastructure roadmaps. You should have extensive experience in infrastructure technologies, a strong understanding of ITIL, and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide BAU operational support across a wide range of customer infrastructure, including health checks and reporting.
• Manage incidents, problems, requests, and changes in line with ITIL best practice and ensure that SLAs are maintained.
• Assist engagement with projects to ensure designs of technical solutions are in line with the requirements of the customer.
