Technical Delivery Manager

As a Technical Delivery Manager, you will lead end-to-end delivery of application development and support services in a complex, multi-technology environment. You will act as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders, manage resources, collaborate with infrastructure and platform teams, and track financial performance. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IT delivery, strong stakeholder management skills, and familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and ITIL practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of application development and support services in a complex, multi-technology environment.
• Act as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders, managing communication, expectations, and escalations.
• Track and manage financial performance, including P&L, revenue and margin, ensuring delivery meets agreed SLAs, KPIs and quality standards.
