Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with delivery teams, business stakeholders, analysts, and developers to understand requirements, define test scope, and ensure quality expectations are met.
  • Design, develop, maintain, and execute automated and exploratory tests across Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Power Pages, portal journeys, and Azure-integrated solutions.
  • Integrate automated testing into Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing, quality gates, and rapid feedback.
