Join L'Oréal, the world leader in beauty, as a Senior Data & AI Security Engineer. In this role, you will lead the Data & AI Security Services, securing our Data Platform on Google Cloud Platform and the Group's Agentic AI Platform. You will design security-by-design services, automate them with AI, and lead the team with a strong expert posture and strategic vision. You will also be responsible for access and policy governance, security by design and architecture, monitoring and compliance, threat protection and data leak prevention, disaster recovery and resilience, and policy enforcement.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow the security team; prioritize and distribute tasks and provide support to stakeholders across the organization.
• Design and enforce GCP access controls; detect and remediate excessive roles & access to enforce least privilege.
• Embed security into the Data Platform lifecycle and Enterprise security architecture standards for solutions & services.
