6-MONTH INTERNSHIP - Starting January 2027 - HR Data & AI - Master's ½ - €1700/month

Join L'Oréal, the world's leading beauty company, for a 6-month internship in HR Data & AI starting in January 2027. As an intern, you will support people management and talent follow-up, contribute to HR policy design, assist with HR calendar and process coordination, and engage with the community and key HR projects. You will receive a monthly compensation of €1,700, 75% of your commuting costs covered, one remote-working day per week, and one day off per month.
- Support the mapping and follow-up of Data talent in France, and contribute to mobility pathways and early succession-planning input.
- Contribute to the 2026-2027 Job Architecture project, covering roles, skills and career paths, and support the design and structuring of the Data & AI learning offer.
- Assist with preparing People Reviews and Salary Reviews, including coordination and consolidation across entities.
**Your profile**

You are studying for a Master's degree (first or second year) at an engineering or business school, an IAE or a university. You are looking for a gap-year or final-year internship, with a specialization in Management Control, Finance or Human Resources and a strong analytical focus.

You are fluent in both English and French.

You are curious, resourceful and open-minded. You are comfortable stepping back to see the bigger picture and have the maturity to work in a lean organization with direct exposure to senior stakeholders. You can navigate organizational complexity and are interested in transformation as well as core HR fundamentals.
