Requirements

• We are currently hiring junior technology professionals interested in participating in a 6-week intensive Software Engineering Academy focused on Backend Development, Frontend Development, and Quality Engineering. This opportunity consists of a paid training program designed to prepare participants for projects in these areas..
• Bachelor's Degree in Technology-related fields.
• 1 year of experience in software development, IT support, service desk, call center technical support, or customer service roles.
• Advanced English proficiency (minimum C1 level).
• Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
• Experience with Java.
• Experience with JavaScript.
• Knowledge of software development fundamentals.
• Experience or exposure to manual or automated testing.
• Full-time availability.
• Candidates must not be actively employed at the time of joining the academy.
• Proactive attitude.
• Commitment and accountability.
• Strong communication skills.
• Team player.
