Architect Data & AI Job Description This role is the technical anchor of Concentrix's new business pursuit team—a cross-functional group focused on winning complex, high-value Data & AI engagements. As Pre-Sales Architect, you are the technical lead in the room on every pursuit: responsible for the solution, the technical narrative, and the judgement calls that move a customer conversation to a signed statement of work. This is a hands-on, externally-facing role.

Responsibilities

• You will consult with customers, design solutions, construct PoCs and demos that directly answer the customer's evaluation question, and write the technical sections of proposals and RFP responses.
• When a deal closes, you are responsible for ensuring the delivery team inherits a well-understood, well-documented solution—not a collection of slides and assumptions.
• You will work as a core member of the cross-functional new business pursuit team alongside account managers, delivery leads, and practice heads.
• You report to the Director of Engineering—this is a role for someone who sets their own priorities across active pursuits without requiring step-by-step direction.
