As a CNA – Baylor , you will provide hands-on care to residents while ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being.

About PACS

• Located in the heart of Greenville, our 132-bed facility is growing under new leadership and an innovative Administrator focused on building an already exceptional culture.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Support mobility, transfers, and repositioning
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment
• Follow care plans and collaborate with the nursing team
• Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Active CNA certification in South Carolina (required) Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented

Pay

Weekend Baylor Schedule ✅ Work Saturday & Sunday ✅ 12-hour shifts ✅ Premium pay structure (Baylor program)
