• We are a team of 10+ This role requires you to work 2 Saturdays a month

Responsibilities

• Unrushed Patient Care: Deliver thorough care with 40-minute testing clinics, backed by pre-screening support and advanced equipment, including digital imaging slit-lamps and phoropters.
• Influence future clinical projects (such as dry eye and other specialist services), and take advantage of sponsorship or practical utilisation for your IP qualification , with FP10 commissioned directly at the practice.
• Opportunity to supervise a pre-reg optometrist starting from Summer 2027.
• Participate in quarterly optometrist meetings with colleagues across the group to share knowledge, exchange ideas, and continually elevate clinical standards.
• Receive direct mentorship from an Optometrist Director with over 20 years of optical experience.
• We are genuinely committed to growing our people - our previous two Optometrists went on to become Directors of their own independent practices!

Pay

Max GBP £65,000.00 Salary - Min GBP £60,000.00
