Responsibilities

Welcoming patients and creating a fantastic first impression

• Helping patients choose frames and lenses to suit their needs and style
• Supporting appointments and the smooth running of the practice
• Developing your knowledge of eyewear, eye health and specialist optical services
• Building genuine relationships with patients in the local community

Requirements

• You don't need to have worked in optics before!
• We're looking for someone friendly, enthusiastic and eager to learn.
• Experience in optics would be an advantage, but a strong background in customer service, retail or hospitality could be just as valuable.
• You'll have the support of an experienced team who love sharing their knowledge, with opportunities to build your skills and grow your career.
