About All Hours

At Rock we have a small business feel, but large business size, growth, and stability.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strong customer service

Attend periodic manufacturer training classes

• Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Ability to handle physical workload of at least 50 LBS What YOU will bring: 2-5 Years HVAC service experience preferred HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical/trade school

Requirements

• Diagnose, service, and repair refrigeration and air conditioning equipment
• Demonstrate efficient and effective problem-solving skills
• Valid drivers’ license
• Ability to handle heavy equipment
• Ability to work outdoors

Pay

• Competitive Wages - Hourly + Uncapped performance pay $70,000-$120,000 OTE based on experience + $2000 sign-on bonus
• Posted Min Pay Rate USD $50,000.00/Yr.
• Posted Max Pay Rate USD $120,000.00/Yr.
