We're currently looking for a Formulation Operator to join our Kettering manufacturing team.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and monitor the formulation and blending process to meet production requirements.
• Maintain food safety, quality and operational standards at all times.
• Start up, operate and shut down manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Monitor plant performance, troubleshoot issues and support continuous improvement activities.
• Complete production records, stock checks and other operational documentation accurately.
• Work collaboratively with production teams to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.

Requirements

• We're looking for someone who is safety-focused, proactive and enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Skills & Experience GCSEs (or equivalent) Good written and verbal communication skills Previous experience within a food manufacturing or manufacturing environment Understanding of food hygiene and allergen controls Good attention to detail and record-keeping skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure Desirable FLT Licence HACCP training COSHH training Experience with Clean-in-Place (CIP) systems Experience working with automated manufacturing processes Understanding of continuous improvement methodologies About Us, We offer and What's next What We Offer At Alpro, we know our people are our greatest asset.
