Senior QA Analyst

We're excited to grow our team by hiring a Senior QA Analyst who will play an influential role in ensuring our software meets the highest standards of quality through strategic planning, manual and automated testing, and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure software quality at all stages of the development cycle
• Perform and oversee functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing for windows, web, and mobile applications
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and design effective strategies
• Manage bug tracking, ensuring timely logging, prioritization, and resolution of defects using tools like JIRA or similar
• Drive the development and maintenance of advanced automated test scripts to support continuous testing and enhance coverage
• Conduct performance and load testing to assess application stability under varying conditions
• Analyze test results, provide detailed reports, and offer actionable insights to improve product quality
• Act as a mentor and guide junior QA team members, fostering a culture of quality and continuous learning
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement, including tool and methodology adoption to enhance testing efficiency
• Ensure compliance with industry best practices, quality standards, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
• Five (5)+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes required
• Proficiency in bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, Zephyr)
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues effectively
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences

Qualifications

• Pharmacy software or healthcare technology solutions experience is a plus
• ISTQB Advanced Level Certification or similar professional QA certifications preferred
• Proven expertise in manual testing, test case design, and execution across various platforms (web, desktop, mobile)
• Advanced proficiency in automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, TestNG, or similar)
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience in collaborative, fast-paced development environments
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools for QA integration preferred
• Strong scripting skills (e.g., Python, JavaScript) for automated testing and process optimization preferred
• Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner) is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives and influence cross-functional teams to achieve quality goals
