Sales Trainee

We’re looking for a Sales Trainee to join our team in Brussels and play a key role in shaping the future of neuro-contextual advertising at a global scale. Your Challenge As Sales Trainee, you will: Sales Support: Assist in preparing commercial proposals, presentations, and tailored solutions for agencies and advertisers.

Responsibilities

• Support campaign monitoring, analyse performance, and identify optimisation opportunities.
• Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure smooth campaign execution and client satisfaction.
• Help identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
• Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Ad Operations, and Data teams across Belgium and other European markets.

Gain exposure to the full commercial process, from prospecting and sales to campaign delivery and client retention. What You’ll Need to Succeed Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree. Strong interest in digital advertising, media, data, and innovation. Excellent communication skills in French and English; Dutch is a plus. Strong organisational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks. Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. Collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for working with international teams. Ability to take initiative and contribute to real business projects. Why Join Seedtag?
