Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET)

Responsibilities

• Build and own the test infrastructure, coding robust automation for all acceptance suites within our CI/CD pipelines.
• Implement AI-driven testing tools to accelerate test case generation and visual regression checks.
• Guide engineers on TDD/BDD practices, ensuring the entire team writes high-quality, testable code.

You combine deep technical expertise with mentorship, driving test automation, AI adoption, and a culture of quality ownership across your team.

Drive Strategy

Champion the "Shift Left" approach, utilizing the V-Model to map acceptance criteria to unit, integration, and regression levels.

Quality Gatekeeper

• Challenge requirements early to ensure they are unambiguous, complete, and fully testable before a single line of code is written.

Tech Stack

.Senior-level proficiency in Java is mandatory, along with proficiency in at least one other language (Python or JavaScript), with the ability to code complex automation.

Tooling Expert

Hands-on mastery of frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress) and CI/CD configuration (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).

Methodology

Deep understanding of the SDLC, the V-Model, and how to define provable acceptance criteria.

Forward-Thinking

Experience with or a strong desire to apply AI testing techniques to modern quality challenges.
