Logistics Operator - EID

Responsibilities

• You'll serve as a critical link in maintaining inventory integrity and supporting smooth warehouse operations.
• Prepare supplies for clients (picking and packing), ensuring shipment accuracy.
• Ensure transport arrangements whenever necessary Inventory Management : Participate in periodic inventories and stock counts.
• Operate load handling equipment (stackers, electric pallet jacks, etc.) Goods Reception & Processing : Receive and label all articles from acquisitions (Purchase Orders) in the system and ensure complete computerized processing.
• Verify article integrity and packaging, checking for violations, damages, and other relevant quality aspects according to current regulations.
• Confirm that received articles match the original acquisition order and issue necessary documents for other involved departments Documentation & Reporting : Submit receipt invoices of received material to Administrative and Finance Direction (when applicable).
• Provide management indicator information with required periodicity or whenever necessary Transport Coordination : Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on insurance needs and transport scheduling for delivery and collection.
