Responsibilities

  • Prepare.
  • Top performers receive priority for full-time positions.
  • Deliver engaging presentations to small groups at local firearms ranges, stores, and training facilities.
  • Answer questions, overcome objections, and confidently guide prospects to a decision.
  • Communicate the U.S. LawShield mission: Educate.
  • Prepare.
  • Protect.™ Process new member enrollments efficiently and accurately.
  • Represent the brand with professionalism and genuine enthusiasm.

Requirements

  • Strong presentation and closing skills with the ability to guide small groups effectively.
  • Deep passion for firearms, self-defense education, and the 2nd Amendment.
  • Competitive drive, self-initiative, and a winning mindset.
  • Tech proficiency under pressure (PowerPoint, apps, troubleshooting).
  • Willingness to obtain your Property & Casualty license (paid by us).

Preferred

  • Sales experience, law enforcement/military background, or firearms training experience.

Pay

  • Above-average earnings with unlimited commission — no cap on what you can earn.
