**Workplace:** on_site

**Department:** Physiotherapy

## Description

**Physiotherapist | Full-Time | Darwin NT** _Mixed caseload_

If your ideal Monday morning starts with a swim before work and your Friday afternoon involves a cold one at the wharf watching the sun drop into the Timor Sea - Darwin might be about to become your next great chapter.

We're looking for a full-time Physiotherapist to join a well-established Darwin practice with a genuinely mixed caseload. One day you're working through a rotator cuff rehab, the next a return-to-work knee, then a chronic back pain patient who's ready to try something different. No cookie-cutter treatment rooms, no rushing patients through in 15 minutes, and no pressure to push product at the front desk.

**The role**

  • Full-time, permanent
  • Mixed private caseload — MSK, sports, chronic pain, workers comp, EPC/CDM, plus scope to build into your area of interest
  • Modern clinic with a supportive multidisciplinary team
  • Manageable diaries with proper time for assessment, treatment and notes
  • Mentoring for early-career physios, autonomy for experienced clinicians

**What's on offer**

  • Competitive base + performance incentives (net earnings that comfortably beat Sydney or Melbourne once cost of living is factored in)
  • Generous CPD allowance and paid study leave
  • Flexible rostering, RDO options, and a team that actually takes their annual leave

**About Darwin** Warm year-round, world-class fishing, Kakadu and Litchfield on your doorstep, a coffee scene that's quietly become excellent, and you can be on a boat, a jet ski or a barra charter within twenty minutes of leaving work. The physio community up here is small, tight and welcoming — you won't be a stranger for long.

**Who we're keen to hear from** AHPRA-registered physiotherapists at any stage of your career. New grads through to senior clinicians all welcome — what matters most is that you're curious, good with people, and up for the adventure.
