About the Team
The Engineering Enablement team builds the internal platforms, services, and tools that help Mujin engineers develop, test, release, and support software effectively. The team works across a broad range of areas, including CI/CD, build systems, testing infrastructure, release workflows, observability, and internal developer tooling.
Team members bring different areas of expertise while contributing across the broader platform. You will work closely with experienced engineers in the team, initially contributing to areas such as CI/CD, release and support workflows, and internal developer tooling, with opportunities to expand into other Platform Engineering areas over time.
About the Position
This role is intended for a software engineer who already has hands-on experience building and maintaining software, services, or developer tooling and wants to develop deeper expertise in Platform Engineering and Developer Experience.
You will contribute to both existing tools and workflows and new development, including internal services, automation, CI/CD pipelines, release and support workflows, and developer-facing tools. Rather than focusing primarily on infrastructure operations, you will build software that improves how engineering teams work across Mujin.
You do not need to come from one specific Platform Engineering background. We value broad software engineering experience and practical experience with developer tooling, automation, CI/CD, or related areas.
Shape the developer experience
Contribute to both new tools and existing systems, with opportunities to work across Rust, Go, and Python.
Build for modern development environments
Develop and improve tooling and services used in containerized environments, including Docker and Kubernetes.
Minimum Requirements
- Professional programming experience with at least one general-purpose language such as Rust, Go, Python, C++, or a comparable language
- Ability to collaborate with engineers and understand the needs of internal users
Interview Process
- Resume Screening
- Take-home coding test
Technical interview
Culture/Team fit interview
