Responsibilities

• The Utility Worker is responsible for keeping the buildings, grounds, and equipment clean, orderly, properly maintained, safe, and secure. Assists maintenance and custodial staff as directed in performing tasks in the upkeep of facilities.
• Assists with special projects as directed.

Duties Include

• Cleans and maintains outdoor areas.
• General cleaning of the building and keeping it maintained and in good condition.
• Collects and disposes of trash.
• Performs other duties, as required.

Skills

Must be 18+ years old

Basic tool knowledge is a plus
