  • Provide technical training for Genetec customers, partners, and internal teams, primarily from the Singapore office

Develop training presentations, manuals, and course outlines

You will collaborate closely with internal teams to continuously develop training resources and ensure smooth processes.

Professional working level of English and local language

  • Willingness to travel within the APAC region, and occasionally internationally, up to 50% of the time
  • Desire to be a part of and support a diverse, inclusive, respectful work environment

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience

  • 💥Technical Expertise
  • Experience within the Physical Security and/or Software industry
  • Knowledge of Windows operating systems

Knowledge of networking principles and IP protocol

Experience with networking and database concepts, and client-server environments

Experience with PC configuration and troubleshooting

  • 💎Even better if you have these assets
  • Experience with Genetec products

Knowledge of additional Asian languages
