Sr. GTM Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Own
• Partner closely with Sales leaders to understand hiring needs, profiles, and priorities.
• Build strong pipelines through

hands-on sourcing and outbound recruiting

• Manage the full candidate process, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, candidate communication, references, and offers.
• Keep candidates moving quickly through the interview process and provide a great candidate experience.
• Build talent maps and identify strong candidates before roles open.
• Help hiring managers make thoughtful and fast hiring decisions.
• Track recruiting activity and pipeline health and proactively flag gaps.
• Help improve our recruiting processes as the company continues to scale.
• Represent Campfire and our culture throughout the candidate experience.

What You’ll Do

end-to-end recruiting for GTM roles, primarily AEs, SCs, and SDRs.

What We’re Looking For

Experience recruiting for

• GTM and Sales roles, ideally including AEs, SDRs, and/or Solutions Consultants.
• Experience working at a fast-growing startup or similarly fast-paced environment.
• Strong sourcing skills and comfort building pipelines from scratch.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and candidates at the same time while moving quickly.
• Comfortable owning the details — from finding candidates to scheduling interviews and closing offers.
• Strong communication and ability to build trusted relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to work with a high level of ownership.
• Comfortable with changing priorities and an environment where things move quickly.
• Excited to be hands-on and help build the recruiting function as we grow.
