Java Software Developer

Responsibilities

• Develop new Risk applications and enhance existing applications using
• Java
• Work as part of an

Agile/Scrum team

• with colleagues based in Budapest and other international locations.
• Design and develop distributed data processing and calculation solutions for
• large datasets.

Write and maintain complex

• queries and work with large-scale data.
• Contribute to application and data model design.
• Apply DevOps practices and modern software development methodologies.
• Support the introduction of technology solutions that enable more efficient business processes and help meet regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge and practical experience with

Java

• SQL skills, including the ability to write and understand complex SQL queries.
• Experience in application and data model design.
• Practical experience with

Agile software development methodologies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of an international team.
• Willingness and ability to learn new technologies and concepts.

Preferred

• Experience working with large-scale databases.
• Previous experience in
• Risk Management / Financial Risk
• Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices.

SQL

• Contribute to shaping the technology and tooling landscape of Risk Management.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams in an international environment.
