About the role At Four Seasons Hotel Tunis, our internship program offers students and recent graduates a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a world-class luxury hospitality environment.

As an Intern, you will work alongside experienced professionals, develop practical skills in your field of study, and contribute to delivering exceptional guest and employee experiences while building the foundation for your future career. What you will do Support the daily operations of your assigned department while adhering to Four Seasons standards.

Learn and apply luxury hospitality service principles and best practices. Assist team members with operational tasks and administrative responsibilities. Interact professionally with guests, colleagues, and partners. Participate in departmental projects, events, and ongoing initiatives. Observe and contribute to service delivery and guest satisfaction efforts.

Maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment. Demonstrate teamwork, professionalism, and a positive attitude. What you bring Currently enrolled in or recently completed studies in Hospitality, Tourism, Culinary Arts, Business Administration, or a related field. A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional service. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work in a team environment. Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage. Schedule & Hours: Full-Time Internship. Flexible schedule based on operational needs and academic requirements. May include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and public holidays depending on the assigned department.
