Compensation Analyst

Summary Job Description: Baptist Health is looking for a Compensation Analyst to join our team. This is a remote position that requires residence in KY or IN The Compensation Analyst assists with the development, implementation, and administration of compensation programs, policies, and procedures. Assists with common compensation functions, including survey participation, job evaluation, salary quotes, salary structure development, incentive plan design and associated analysis. Serves as resource for, and helps support other human resource leaders in their administration of local compensation programs. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.
