As a Coordinator in Talent Operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a high-quality candidate experience and supporting the growth of our Talent Acquisition team. Your responsibilities will include scheduling and coordinating interviews, maintaining the applicant tracking system, and supporting talent acquisition partners with core tasks. This is a remote position with full schedule flexibility across rotating shifts.

• Manage the end-to-end scheduling and coordination of all interviews for live vacancies across the globe.
• Build and nurture relationships with hiring managers, interviewers, and candidates, acting as their first point of contact.
• Maintain the ATS (Ashby) and complete all scheduling within Ashby, ensuring templates and employment contracts are up to date.
