Proposition Development Manager

Join Carwow Group, a leading online car-changing destination in Europe. As a Proposition Development Manager, you will own the day-to-day development of our OEM & Media proposition, running commercial projects that keep Carwow ahead of the industry. You will work closely with various teams, deliver integrations, and equip our Brand Partnerships Managers with the necessary tools and collateral. This role requires experience in project management, a track record of delivering intricate projects, and confidence with data.

• Own a portfolio of projects from first idea to final delivery, using Carwow's OKR process to prioritise what will make the biggest commercial difference.
• Be the go-to person for everything happening across the OEM proposition, keeping Product, Data & Analytics, Legal and Commercial pulling in the same direction.
• Deliver the integrations that connect manufacturers to our marketplace, from OEM stock feeds and lead integrations to finance calculators.
