Lantern is a specialty care platform that partners with employers and health plans to deliver measurable savings on surgical and specialty care. Our Growth Analytics team sits at the intersection of data and commercial strategy — we build the analytical foundation that powers our sales process and demonstrates our value to clients.
The Role
We are seeking a Manager of Growth Analytics who is equally comfortable building a rigorous savings methodology and standing in front of a client explaining it. This is a high-visibility role that owns the analytical narrative behind Lantern's value proposition — developing the frameworks, models, and presentations that articulate how we generate savings, and ensuring that story is compelling, credible, and defensible.
Roughly 50% of your time will be spent building: designing methodology, creating pitch materials, developing analyses, and working closely with sales leadership to sharpen our commercial story. The remaining 50% will be client-facing — presenting directly to health plan, employer benefit teams and consultants who want to understand our savings approach in detail.
