Introduction This role owns the tracking and execution of complex semiconductor technology programs from planning through delivery, serving as the central point of accountability across technical stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Your Job Full project execution ownership and go-to person for all internal and external stakeholders.

Develop, maintain, and execute the project plan for the enablement of new technologies and/or technology transfers. Analyze data and monitor programs to ensure adherence to scope of work, cost, schedule, and technical specifications. Drive project team members and contributors to meet critical milestones and customer commitments. Document, track, and drive closure of meeting minutes, action items, and follow-ups.

Proactively identify key risks to the program and define mitigation actions. Track and report progress to key stakeholders.

Other Responsibilities: Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs Required Qualifications Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Semiconductor Technology, Applied Physics, or a related field.

Minimum 6 years of relevant semiconductor industry experience with a PhD, or 8 years with a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree. Prior experience or formal training in project, program, or product management. Highly reliable and execution-focused, with disciplined follow-through on emails, action items and commitments.

Strong interpersonal skills - influence without authority Excellent communication (written and oral) skills – confidence in leading calls with various execs and technical experts. Detail-oriented - can identify what’s missing in planning and execution. Resourceful - solves non-routine issues. Personal and professional drive for continuous learning and improvement.
