AI Solutions Coordinator

The AI Solutions Coordinator/Intern will drive the adoption and integration of artificial intelligence solutions across various departments within a pharmaceutical company. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI opportunities, assist in implementing AI-driven tools, and contribute to improving operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• This role also involves staying current with emerging AI technologies, training internal teams, and supporting the organization’s overall AI strategy.
• Identify and evaluate AI applications across departments (e.g., sales, marketing, operations, finance) to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Provide guidance and training to teams on how to use AI tools and understand their benefits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and technical teams to implement AI-driven solutions tailored to their needs.
• Conduct research on emerging AI technologies and evaluate their relevance to pharmaceutical industry applications.
• Assist in documenting and managing AI project workflows to ensure smooth implementation and scalability.
• Monitor and assess the impact of AI solutions, ensuring continuous improvement and optimization.

Requirements

• University student in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Engineering, Economics, Marketing, Pharmacy or another relevant field.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools is an advantage.
• This may include generative AI tools, automation solutions, data analytics platforms or experience gained through university, personal or professional projects.
• Proactive, curious, and comfortable exploring new technologies and ways of working.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• English knowledge - level B1 and higher.
