We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer / GenAI Integration Engineer with a strong background in software development, systems integration, and AI technologies to join our client, a leading international company operating in sectors such as automotive and agricultural machinery.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement solutions based on Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Design and develop backend applications and services using Python.
  • Build and integrate REST APIs to enable communication between different systems and applications.
  • Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions, embeddings, and vector databases.
  • Develop and integrate AI Agents and intelligent automation solutions.
  • Collaborate with technical and business teams to identify requirements and implement solutions.
  • Contribute to the integration of AI solutions into enterprise platforms and CRM systems.
  • Support the optimization and automation of business processes through Artificial Intelligence technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Professional experience in software development, preferably backend development.
  • Strong experience with Python and REST API development/integration.
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs and Generative AI, using technologies such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or equivalent.
  • Practical experience developing RAG solutions and AI Agents.
  • Knowledge of embeddings, vector databases, and Prompt Engineering.
  • Previous experience with SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) (big plus)
  • Experience integrating different systems, applications, and services.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and business environments.

Preferred

  • Experience with systems integration projects in enterprise environments.
  • Experience with Cloud platforms, particularly Azure or AWS.
  • Knowledge of microservices architectures and distributed systems.
  • Experience with GenAI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex.
  • Knowledge of SAP C4C
  • Experience with CRM platforms and related business processes.
  • Previous involvement in enterprise process automation projects
