Promote a shared understanding between business departments and IT teams.
Support implementation activities and end-to-end testing to ensure solutions meet expected quality standards.
Define and coordinate test cases with business stakeholders as part of User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience clarifying complex requirements across multiple stakeholder groups.
Proven workshop facilitation and stakeholder management capabilities.
An end-to-end mindset and willingness to contribute directly to testing and quality assurance activities.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills when working with both business and technical teams.
Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
A clean background and financial record, with no debt enforcement proceedings or criminal convictions.
