As a member of the **Risk Operations Support** team, you will contribute by performing essential operational tasks involved in processing the SME loan applications we receive.

**The main responsibilities of the role are as follows:**

  • Information scraping and encoding of client-submitted documents
  • Encoding large volumes of data with speed and accuracy
  • Quality checks on encoded data (spotting discrepancies in numbers, and repairing / editing spotted errors)
  • Storing of files systematically
  • Running of credit checks
  • Other tasks in relation to daily operations

## Requirements

  • **Amenable to night (19:00-4:00) and weekend shifts.**
  • **Comfortable in doing customer support calls.**
  • **Preferred at least 1 year of experience.** Bank and financial management-related internship experience preferred but not required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Can keep up with a fast-paced environment, and meet tight deadlines and targets.
