Responsibilities

• You'll Make a Difference As a Data Scientist, you will: Conduct complex data analysis, data mining, and modeling projects independently.
• Develop, test, and validate predictive models and machine learning algorithms.
• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions.
• Communicate insights and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards to support decision-making.
• Mentor and support junior data scientists, helping them develop technical capabilities and best practices.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of analytical methodologies and tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry , or a related field.
• Master's degree is a plus.
• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in data science, analytics, or machine learning.
• Strong knowledge of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.
• Experience developing predictive models and applying machine learning algorithms.
• Proficiency in Python and/or R .
• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as scikit-learn , TensorFlow , or similar tools.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

How Would You Stand Ou t?

• Familiarity with data engineering concepts and big data environments.
• Experience building end-to-end machine learning solutions.
• Knowledge of MLOps practices and model deployment.
• Ability to translate complex technical findings into clear business recommendations.
