[What the role is] The Manager (Projects) supports SE CDC's mission to build a caring and united community within the South East district by implementing community programmes and deepening partnerships with corporate, community, and social sector partners. The role leads two key district initiatives (ClubSE100, a philanthropy and fundraising programme, and Adopt a Block @ South East, a partnership engagement strategy) to mobilise resources and strengthen support for vulnerable residents across the district. Through these efforts, the Manager contributes directly to SE CDC's goal of fostering a "We First" society within the South East district. [What you will be working on]
- Implement and oversee existing SE CDC community programmes at the Aljunied GRC cluster, ensuring effective delivery across key demographic segments including seniors, youths, families, and vulnerable residents.
- Establish and grow ClubSE100, a recurrent membership programme for individual and corporate donors, by recruiting and onboarding members, coordinating engagement activities, and organising annual appreciation and networking events to sustain philanthropic support for vulnerable residents.
- Coordinate SE CDC's partnership engagement strategy through Adopt a Block @ South East by conducting landscape analyses to match emerging community needs with corporate resources, and bridging corporate partners with community stakeholders to co-implement customised outreach efforts.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with community and corporate partners, Grassroots Organisations (GROs), social service organisations, schools, and government agencies to develop joint programmes that advance SE CDC's community goals.
- Coordinate and support CDC Standing Committee operations, including preparing meeting agendas, recording minutes, tracking action items, and submitting progress reports to the Council and PA Headquarters.
- Conduct research and needs assessments to build institutional knowledge, identify community gaps, and inform the design and improvement of community programmes and partnership strategies.
- Ensure compliance with government and PA financial, procurement, and governance guidelines in the planning and execution of all projects and programmes.
- Provide administrative and logistical support for PA Headquarters-led projects and district-level events, including weekend community activations where required. [What we are looking for] NA
